The room was so cozy and sleek, with a touch of luxury that made me feel like a VIP backpacker. The bed was super comfy, and the view of the city was breathtaking. It's perfect for someone who appreciates modern style and comfort.

The lighting in the bathroom was a bit dim for my liking.

Amazing staff, clean and perfect, best value for money. Thank you for making our honeymoon memorable. Pool is small, but didn't mind since I look fabulous in my bikini.

Who needs a bellboy after 11pm anyways? It's great exercise to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor.

The pool area with a view was a highlight, and the rooftop bar was a fantastic spot for a drink and the sunset. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

The hotel's central location allows easy access to various marinas, each offering exciting opportunities to explore the picturesque surroundings and enjoy leisure activities. Our family particularly loved indulging in authentic Poncha cocktails at the vibrant Lido, experiencing the lively nightlife of the island.

My wife says that the rooftop plunge pool area could be more family-friendly for children with additional safety measures and dedicated spaces for younger guests.

Staying at a hotel on a busy shopping street is always exciting. I love the hustle and bustle of city center locations, as there are always many things to see and do right outside the hotel doors. Plus, the location on the Gran Via is perfect for accessing the metro, shops, and restaurants. The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and breakfast was a good value for the money. Lastly, the rooftop bar had lovely views and was a great spot to relax with a drink.

The elevator wait times were longer than expected.
